Lord Baden Powell

Full name:Robert Stephenson Smith Baden Powell. Born on 22nd February1857 also known as BP

or Lord Baden Powell, was a lieutenant general in British Army from 1876 to 1990 in India and Africa.

In 1907 he held first Brown sea Island scout camp, which is now seen as the beginning of scouting. 

In 1899 he wrote a book 'Aids to Scouting' in which he wrote about training to soldiers.
